Inheritance

We transfer of name of the house, when a registered holder of ownership of the house, in many cases your husband or father, passed away.

You will be charged roughly 80 thousand yen (this amount does not include actual cost, such as registration license tax, etc.), in case the target property of inheritance is a residence or a condominium unit and we offered all the inheritance related service, including acquiring necessary family register.

You can choose one from 3 types of cover sheets of information for registration identification (former title deed).

Cancellation of registration of security interest

You will be charged roughly 300 thousand yen (this amount includes actual cost, 3 copies of the company’s register, 3 seal registration certificates, a rubber stamp and a company’s registered seal), if you can contact us by e-mail, the head office is in Tokyo, and your establishing company capitalizes at 20 million yen or less.
